Daniela Arredondo de Kehoe, Partnership Specialist 

I live in New York and first came to this city to study a Masters in Public and Non-Profit Management at NYU’s Wagner School five days before September 11th. After this event, I was tremendously moved by the city’s unity in a time of tragedy. New York has taught me the beauty of diversity and how we can truly co-exist if there is respect and dialogue while learning about our uniqueness. I have worked for Latin American and US Foundations as a consultant and Foundation Manager; respectively, Alas and Stelac Foundation. As a Partnership Specialist for “I Take the Vow”, I am a person that looks for connections and inspiration in actions and innovative solutions for social transformation. I believe in the power of actions and how change starts from our thoughts and our speech, being powerfully materialized by all our collective efforts and actions. Finally, I am a mother of a 2 year old who motivates me everyday to be committed to social transformation. I am originally from Mexico, where I graduated from Law School in 1998 from Monterrey Tech (ITESM). MPA, Public and Non-Profit Management and Policy, 2003. 

Yuka Saionji

Yuka is Deputy Chairperson of Byakko Shinko Kai, spiritual organization dedicated to world peace and raising the consciousness of humanity. Yuka works with the Goi Peace Foundation and is also an author of two books. She is the founding member of the World Spirit Youth Council, a movement to activate spirituality amongst young people. And a member of Evolutionary Leaders: In service to conscious evolution. Yuka’s passion is to work towards peace. And to share as many ways, tools, methods to reach that point, where everyone can find their own gift in life. She truly believes that everyone is a divine being so if we can all connect deep into our selves, we will all find that gift/passion/mission to life.

Aurora Carlson

I was lucky to spend the first part of my life in an environment that stimulated seeking. The repression of basic human needs and freedom, the physical and emotional suffering I saw around me as I grew up in a dictatorship, made me look for real solutions. I always knew these solutions exist- if we can only see them. Every step and honest question I posed opened a new facet of life, showing me even more about its workings. As I came in contact with different wisdom traditions, I learned and later taught Ayurveda (The Science of Life), meditation and different methods of energy healing, always allowing the knowledge to transform me as much as it transformed those I came in contact with. In my search for the cause and solution to suffering, I moved from outer causes and solutions to the inner space of human consciousness, where I eventually found pure light and the source of everything we experience as the world. I realized that by healing our consciousness we will automatically and effortlessly change the world we project, both individually and collectively.

The vow of non- violence has been and continues to be a hugely important tool in my work of clarifying who I am and of clearing away the conditioning of separation. It is utterly clear to me today that peace, harmony, joy, creativity, compassion and love are essential qualities of our consciousness, and my heart wishes for everyone to regain the natural blessed state of Being. In these times of fervent search for solutions to the many challenges we collectively face, the decision to be, feel, think and act from our real identity is the necessary next evolutionary step. Together we can start to project a healed world of pure and unconditional love and fulfillment!

I am honoured, happy and grateful to be part of the global wave of transformation set in motion by the ITV, and I look forward to seeing the smile of recognition bloom in more and more hearts and minds across the planet.

Bill Bruner

Bill has had a diverse background; in the past 30 years heʼs been involved with Banking/Finance, including running a loan department for a bank as well as being a professional actor working in all types of media.  Bill also ran his own marketing company to assistant non-profits in their marketing efforts. He's been the managing director of a new professional theatre & for the past 11 years he's worked in the tax area, including 9 years at Ernst & Young, LLP.  Bill is married to his beautiful wife Heidi & has three daughters; Carrie 29, Samantha 18 & Andrea 16.  He currently resides in Indianapolis, IN with his wife. Bill has a strong passion for giving back & helping others.  Heʼs been involved with various non-profits for most of his life including spending time on the Board of Directors of a humane society.  Bill enthusiastically joins “I Take the Vow “ to help make the world a better place.  He believes that love is the answer to all that ails the world & by helping each individual to know love in their life we can together move the world to a place filled with peace & non-violence.  He writes a daily blog entitled “Journey to joy” to help bring more joy to the world through his experiences.
